On May 5, 2011 170 members and guests attended a timely presentation by Vice Admiral Robert Harward, a Navy SEAL. His presentation for a Club Night was entitled, “The Iraqi and Afghan Wars: Perspectives of a Navy SEAL.” Vice Admiral Harward conducts Navy SEAL operations in Iraq and Afghanistan as the commander of a combined joint interagency task force responsible for detention operations. He provided an overview of the Navy's SEAL community and the operations in which they've been involved since 9/11. Read more...
